‘I Wonder’, the first single from Ode To Lucius’ upcoming debut album 12 Photos 12 Tracks is a sun-drenched uplifting indie-rock track. 12 Photos 12 Tracks is the music is the soundtrack to the muti-media project of the same name.

In 2017, musician and producer Stergin sent a Polaroid camera on a journey around the world. 12 randomly chosen people in 12 different countries, spread across the globe, had a single chance of taking a photo of a place that’s special to them. They then sent the photo back to Stergin and the camera on to the next person. After the band Ode To Lucius was formed, together with multi-instrumentalists Amy Kelly (drums, vocals) & Marianne Canning (bass, vocals), they wrote 12 different tracks inspired by the photos and the stories. Stylistically the tracks range from classical pieces to rock and more electronic songs.

The image that inspired I Wonder was taken by Raffael in Pretoria, South Africa. He titled it “My family and me”
